Birthday Party!!!

So last weekend we had a little birthday party for Hailey and Morgin at my sisters house house. You know nothing big, swimming, BBQ, giant water slide, pinata, party bags...and the list goes on. I thought this would be no big deal just a little b-day party, boy was I wrong! party's are a lot of work, but it was so worth it. This was my favorite b-day party yet. I really liked having a combined party, especially with him turning 4 and her turning 2. They were so cute! They were so excited to have friends come, they missed some cousins and family members but I doubt they remember that now. They were hillarious opening presents. Hailey opened a box of jewelry from my sister and it had a necklace with some cut plastic beads on it, well Hailey yells "DIAMONDS!!! I love it." She now refers to it as her diamond necklace and wears it all the time. She is such a girl it is not even funny. She loves to match her jewelry with her clothing, it's adorable.
We ended up getting two pinata's of course well, the boy's smacked the crap out of the awesome pirate ship one but the girls were like you want me to hit this princess castle?...I don't think so. We got a couple of little smacks from the girls but ultimately we had to let one of the boys have a go at it. I need to learn how to put pictures on here because my cakes were so cool you don't even know. Mo's cake was a treasure map and it was so detailed and awesome. Hailey's cake was the skirt to a barbie doll. funny story my dad was supposed to watch the cake and take it out when it was done, he being a chef and all, but he took it out too early and ruined the cake so we got an angel food cake and filled the center with skittles then frosted it. It looked super cool let me tell you. Oh, how I love having children, it makes life so much more fun.
